With his single “Blurred Lines” burning up the charts, Robin Thicke officially announces a release date for his sixth album, also called Blurred Lines.
According to Rap-Up.com, the upcoming album is set to drop July 30.
So far, the first single, featuring Pharrell and T.I., has become Thicke’s highest-charting hit in the U.S. This week, it hit #6 on the Billboard Hot 100. In the U.K., it’s the fastest-selling single of the year, shifting 190,000 copies in its first week on sale.
In addition to “Blurred Lines,” the album features the romantic ballad “For the Rest of My Life” and a collaboration with Kendrick Lamar and 2 Chainz.
